So, what will you be doing?
As a Senior Associate, you will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for in house corporate legal departments.
What your day would look like?
- Draft and review contracts based on client playbook and fallback position
- Work with a global remote team of attorneys to manage multiple deliverables at a time mostly contracts
- Negotiate contracts through the day. You must be a fine negotiator!
- Quality check of client deliverables to make sure quality is always maintained. This is at the heart of our client experience
- Innovate. We would love for you to improve current process and constantly put on your critical thinking cap.

Criteria for you to secure this job:
- It goes without saying- you need to have a law degree!
- 5 or more years experience working for in-house corporate legal departments as a reviewer with experience in negotiating contracts
- Contract experience with US/UK based clients is preferred
- Brownie points if you have used a CLM (contract life-cycle management tool)

Personal qualities like great communication, creativethinking, excellent written skills count for more than formal qualifications inthis job.
