Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work Timing: 3pm to 12 mid night

So, what will you be doing?

As a Senior Associate, you will assist in generating new business by qualifying leads and driving outbound campaigns, but more importantly, you will focus on the development of each qualified lead and help drive closure. You have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads , starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

What your day would look like?

  • Qualify and develop outbound sales campaigns and respond to any lead inquiries
  • Coordinate sales nurturing process and create cold calling list for the US team to drive new sales prospects
  • Prepare presentation pitch decks/collaterals for potential clients and client meetings
  • Conduct discovery calls serving as the first touch- point for prospects
  • Clearly and succinctly articulate the LegalEase value proposition

Preferred Criteria

  • Minimum 4 years of previous sales development or business experience
  • Prior experience selling services to US/Canada target audience
  • Preference for sales experience with professional services- accountancy, banks, consultancy roles or LPOs
  • Prior experience with Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail

Personal Skills

Personal qualities like great communication, creative thinking, excellent written skills count for more than formal qualifications in this job.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
  • Poise and patience under pressure
