George Miller

George Miller has served as a senior legal manager of multinational enterprises for more than 25 years including roles as GC of two S&P 500 companies and global head of the legal function at Swiss pharmaceutical giant, Novartis AG. He has led numerous change management and privacy initiatives in addition to managing intellectual property; health, safety, and environment; security; risk management; tax and insurance functions. Miller currently serves as an advisory board member for LegalEase Solutions.

Jim O'Hare

Jim O’Hare has spent the last 36 years in software services, 22 of which focusing on contract lifecycle management, predominantly in the procurement, healthcare, energy, technology and commercial contracting areas. Having spent much of his career working with global 500 organizations and CLM software vendors including Emptoris, Apttus, and Conga, Jim focuses on customer success and brings experience in over 400 CLM implementations. He specializes in change management, CLM current state analysis and visualizing solutions.
